Summary
The Emag pi is a modular electrochemical machining (ECM/PECM) system designed for precision material removal via controlled electrochemical dissolution, suitable for applications such as deburring, drilling, inside profiling, and gear cutting. The system integrates multiple process modules on a compact, forklift-compatible frame and offers advanced capability for processing very hard materials and producing burr- and chip-free components. Its unique features include a vibration-damping MINERALIT polymer concrete base (for all modules except deburring) and absolute-measuring linear guides, enabling high-reproducibility machining.
