The Electrode Process Coater is a configurable manufacturing system for battery electrode production, offering multiple model variants and customizable specifications to meet specific production requirements.

- Available in multiple configurations including CLSC-080 and CLSC-150 models with single or double drying zone options
- Supports various layout designs including straight and arch type configurations to accommodate facility constraints
- Features versatile coating capabilities with selectable modes: continuous, intermittent, stripe, or combined intermittent & stripe
- Accommodates coating widths from 680 mm (standard) up to 1,400 mm (maximum) with thickness range of 120-200 μm
- Achieves machine speeds up to 80 m/min with standard operating speeds of 50-60 m/min (20 mg/m²)
- Incorporates a dual-floor drying system with 13 temperature zones per floor, each spanning 65 meters
- Offers selectable heating source options including electric heater, steam, or hot oil based on facility infrastructure
