The Sodick OPM250L is a hybrid manufacturing platform that integrates metal powder bed fusion (laser sintering) with high-speed CNC milling in a single enclosed workspace. This machine enables the automated production of finished metal molds by alternating additive and subtractive processes layer-by-layer, delivering molds with optimized internal features such as conformal cooling channels.
