Product Description
Pilot-scale slot die electrode coater for anode manufacturing, featuring integrated three-zone drying, inline density measurement, and roll-to-roll web handling for graphite electrode production.
Key Features
- Slot die coating system supporting continuous, intermittent, and stripe coating modes with progressive cavity pump delivery and multi-stage filtration (magnetic, mesh, and capsule filters)
- Three-zone electric drying system (4.5m total length) with independent temperature control (60–150°C) and top/bottom punching-type nozzle air delivery
- Precision coating tolerances including ±1.5% surface density accuracy, ±0.3mm top/bottom alignment, and thickness uniformity from ±1.5% to ±5.0% depending on coating thickness
- Integrated β-ray densimeter for inline density measurement with EPC-controlled web tension up to 250N
- Roll-to-roll web handling with air shaft lock winding system accommodating rolls up to 500mm diameter and 120kg weight
- Validated for water-based and NMP-based graphite anode slurries at 40% solids content
